Moms and dads, do you want your baby to be healthy and smart?
Poor sleep in infants and toddlers affects the learning ability and growth hormone secretion at the age of 6
The ages of 0-3 are the golden period for brain development; missing out on it is a missed opportunity! Furthermore, growth hormones are secreted during deep baby sleep. If you want your baby to have strong brain connections in the future, grow quickly, and ensure good sleep quality, it is essential!
The reasons Charlotte became a baby and toddler sleep consultant.
Infants aged 0-8 months wake up 3 times during the night.
From birth until eight months old, our little one never slept well. Even at eight months old, they still cried loudly 2-3 times every night, and my spouse and I were extremely frustrated. But seeing our baby cry so pitifully, not knowing how to calm them down, and our older child unable to rest properly, our frustration turned into heartache...
Suddenly woke up while watching a TV program earlier, and artist...
With the professional advice and practical tips from Charlotte and her team, I was able to help my 8-month-old son learn to fall asleep on his own. We were considering the dreadful cry-it-out method and tried it for two nights, both resulting in baby Sebastian vomitting. It was a nightmare! Charlotte helped us adjust his daily schedule and feeding routine so when it's time to sleep, he is tired enough to fall asleep quickly with little calming but not overtired. Step by step, we helped baby Sebastian sleep better and longer through his daytime naps and nighttime sleep. Highly recommend the service of Baby Sleep Well to parents seeking support to help their little ones sleep better!
Highly recommend the Baby sleep well sleep training consultation! My daughter was sleep trained at 8 months. I was really worried in the beginning whether i could stand the baby crying... but never underestimate the baby's ability to learn and adapt! My daughter was able to sleep on her own in just few days time! πThank you so much to Charlotte and her team!
After the 6-month sleep regression, our child used to wake up 3-4 times every night and had trouble falling back asleep. Both my husband and I couldn't get a good night's sleep, so we decided to seek help from Charlotte. At first, changing the schedule and bedtime routine didn't seem to work, and we felt hopeless. Thanks to Charlotte's persistence and encouragement, she guided us through the initial adjustment period, and in the end, everything worked out. We are so grateful to Charlotte for teaching our baby to self-soothe. Finally, my husband and I can enjoy a good night's sleep πππΌ.
When our child was 2 years old, we moved to a new house, and our child had their own bedroom and bed. On the first day of moving in, we let the baby try to sleep on their own, with adults by their side for company. However, our child would wake up 4-5 times every night, and the nights were very restless. This situation persisted for 2 months. It wasn't until we discovered many reasons why our child couldn't sleep well, and it turned out that being over-tired could lead to resistance. We learned a lot from 'baby sleep well.' After speaking with Charlotte and trying her methods, our child's wake-up frequency decreased, and they could sleep through the night on our adult bed. In the following two months, 'baby sleep well' continued to provide support for our child's sleep issues (which was really great). I informed them that our child could now sleep through the night, but on our adult bed. I really wanted our child to be able to sleep on their own in their own bed. Charlotte taught me to keep reading bedtime stories, and as a result, last month, our child willingly started sleeping in their own bed and could sleep through the night. Many thanks to Charlotte and her team β€οΈ
