In order to help more Hong Kong families 'sleep well,' Charlotte is actively training more mothers to join in and promote baby sleep health together!

Flexible working hours

Working hours are under one's own control, allowing mothers to arrange their time to take care of the baby.

Not limited by geography

The primary role of a sleep consultant is to share knowledge and experience. Consultants can communicate with clients through email, phone, WhatsApp, online courses, and other means. Physical meetings are not necessarily required to improve a baby's sleep, making it an excellent option for individuals preparing for immigration and concerned about finding work in a new location.

Extra Income

Whether you're a stay-at-home mom taking care of your baby full-time or a mom with an existing job, with this flexible job, you can balance both work and baby care, while earning extra income.

Easier to understand your own baby's situation

Helping new parents and babies 'sleep well

Since the birth of their baby, many mothers no longer want to work a nine-to-five job. They want more time to take care of their baby while also having an income to ease the financial pressure on their family. Becoming a sleep consultant can help you achieve your work-life balance desires! For tutor Charlotte, this profession holds great significance as it can help babies sleep well, enable parents to reclaim 'Me Time,' reduce conflicts within the family, and create a better atmosphere. Currently, there are only a few active infant and toddler sleep consultants in Hong Kong, so joining the industry early can give you a competitive advantage!

am one of the few moms who didn't hire Charlotte for sleep training, but I enrolled in the first Infant and Child Sleep Consultant Certificate course. Initially, because my second child was on the way, I wanted to take care of my older child's feelings and minimize the impact on them as much as possible after the arrival of the new baby. So, I decided to take this course. After completing the core curriculum, I successfully established a daily sleep schedule for my older child, from 7:35 AM to 9:15 PM, with a nap from 1:15 PM to 2:45 PM. Moreover, they fall asleep within 10 minutes, and the fastest record was 3 minutes before they closed their eyes automatically. It was a complete surprise! I hope to apply the knowledge and practical experience I gained from this course to help my second child learn to sleep on their own quickly after their arrival. As for the course content, it is straightforward and easy to understand, with Charlotte's explanations adding to the interest. The core curriculum is very informative and far from boring. During the internship, I found that our philosophies were similar, making the internship process enjoyable. I look forward to working with Charlotte and helping even more families get a good night's sleep! πŸ’•

I myself am a midwife, and in my work, I often encounter many questions from mothers regarding baby sleep. Previously, I have completed sleep consultant certificate courses in Australia and the UK, although there are some cultural differences, and it can be challenging for Hong Kong parents. In Hong Kong, the sleep consultant certificate internship program may have similar content, but due to the use of Cantonese and the experiences of Hong Kong families, tutor Charlotte provided guidance in real-life cases during the internship, which truly helped the families I worked with. Helping moms and dads is a joy!

Samantha Lam

I am a full-time mom, and this course initially helped me solve my child's sleep problems. I can now offer advice to friends who have had babies, thanks to the new knowledge and sleep management methods I gained from it. My husband and I are currently planning for a second child, and I believe this course will continue to help us when the second child arrives. Thank you!
