1-on-1 Baby Sleep Improvement Program (3-week WhatsApp Follow-up)

With Charlotte and her team, you will receive personalized guidance on your baby's sleep based on your expectations and your baby's situation. We will provide continuous follow-up for 3 weeks. Parents will fill out daily records and submit sleep videos. We will provide guidance for the day's practices and answer your questions daily. Our goal is to help parents understand the principles of achieving good sleep as quickly as possible! 90% of families are satisfied with our service after 3 weeks.

1-on-1 Baby Sleep Improvement Program (Home Visit and 3-Week Phone Follow-up)

Charlotte will start with a 1.5-hour home visit to observe the baby's sleep patterns and sleeping environment, understand the baby's personality, provide personalized advice, and explain to grandparents or domestic helpers. Following this, there will be a 3-week one-on-one follow-up period, during which parents can choose to follow up via WhatsApp or have a 10-minute phone conversation every working day. Based on past experiences, families who choose this program typically see significant improvements in less than 10 days.

International Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultant Certificate Internship Course

Many mothers want to gain a better understanding of their baby's situation and also strive for work-life balance to spend more time with their babies in the long run. Charlotte is dedicated to training more infant and toddler sleep consultants to promote better sleep health! Charlotte will guide three internship cases, and participants can apply for the IAPC international certificate and become members of the Hong Kong Sleep Consultant Association
